"Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to Mittal Timbber.

"Customer", "you", "your" refers to any person or entity accessing the website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order.

"Products" refers to timber, logs, sawn wood, and any other wood or wood-derived goods offered by the Company.

"Order" refers to a confirmed request for Products placed by the Customer and accepted by the Company.

By using this website or transacting with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian law. Where you act on behalf of a business entity, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.

4.1 You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party.

4.2 You shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems.

4.3 All content on this website, including text, images, product listings, logos, and specifications, is the property of Mittal Timbber and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

5.1 Timber and wood are natural products. Colour, grain, texture, moisture content, and dimensions may vary between batches and consignments.

5.2 Any images, samples, or descriptions provided are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee of exact appearance or characteristics.

5.3 Product availability is subject to stock, import schedules, and customs clearance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

6.1 All quotations are valid for the period stated therein, or if no period is stated, for 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 A contract is formed only when the Company issues a written order confirmation or proforma invoice.

6.3 Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, freight, and insurance unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.4 We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

7.1 All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

7.2 Applicable taxes, including GST, customs duty, and any other statutory levies, shall be borne by the Customer unless expressly included.

7.3 Payment terms shall be as stated in the order confirmation or proforma invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full prior to dispatch.

7.4 In the event of delayed payment, the Company reserves the right to charge interest at a reasonable rate and to suspend further supply.

7.5 Title to the Products passes to the Customer only upon receipt of full payment. Risk passes in accordance with the agreed delivery terms (e.g., Incoterms, where applicable).

8.1 Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays arising from customs, port congestion, transport, force majeure events, or other causes beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

8.2 Where delivery terms are agreed (such as Ex-Works, FOB, CIF, or delivered), the applicable Incoterms shall govern the allocation of cost, risk, and responsibility.

8.3 The Customer must inspect the Products upon delivery and notify the Company in writing of any shortage, damage, or discrepancy within 7 days of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.

9.1 Orders may not be cancelled once confirmed without the Company's written consent. Cancellation may attract charges for costs already incurred.

9.2 Returns are accepted only where Products are proven to be materially defective or not in accordance with agreed specifications, and provided written notice is given within the period specified in Clause 8.3.

9.3 The Company's liability for valid claims is limited, at its option, to replacement of the affected Products or refund of the relevant purchase price.

10.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to the purchase, transport, storage, and use of timber and wood products, including any licensing or environmental requirements.

10.2 Where Products are sourced from international origins, the Company shall make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable import regulations. The Customer shall be responsible for any local compliance obligations upon delivery.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the supply of Products.

11.2 The Company's total aggregate liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Products giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, government action, port or customs disruptions, epidemics, or failures of suppliers and carriers. Such events shall suspend obligations for the duration of the disruption.

Any personal information you provide to us, such as your name, contact details, and business information, will be used solely for the purposes of processing inquiries, orders, and related communication.
